How many online casinos are in PA?

There are currently 21 online casinos authorized to operate in the state of Pennsylvania by the Gaming Control Board.

The list above is updated whenever a new licensee is approved.

Pennsylvania's online casino market has been around for several years now, but it continues to grow. Although the law allowing online gambling in Pennsylvania passed in late 2017, it was mid-2019 before the first brands actually launched in the state.

2023 was a busy year for Pennsylvania with 6 launches or relaunches of casino brands in the state. Already in early 2024 we've seen the launch of one new brand when PointsBet was acquired and relaunched as Fanatics. Let's see what the future brings. This site is updated whenever a new casino launches so bookmark this page to return whenever you want to find a new place to play.

Every online casino that wants to offer its services to PA customers must be approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, which oversees all betting in the state.

Our list shows every operator that is licensed by the PGCB to operate in the Keystone State.

Betting is available only to persons physically located within the state. You don't have to be a resident of Pennsylvania to participate, but you do need to be within the state borders. Each casino uses a location verification system to comply with state regulations.
